I recommend using PDFs for this. Horizontal scrolling on pages is not advised at all, especially when a person on mobile would be viewing it and with it being within an accordion, it is not very easy either.
I included two examples below of my recommendations. (Use only one of the options)
First Option – Simple Text that links to the file
April 4-5, 2020 (Text that links to file’s url from Media Library)
Second Option – File Block with(out) download button and replace the text before the button to say the date.
